Night
Home :(

We started our journey after having buffet breakfast at the hotel. We first took bus to the A-Ma Temple. Freaking cold at the bus stop! Darn wind. Macau in general is colder than HK, less buildings there.

Nothing much can be said about A-Ma Temple. It's only a temple...

Caught someone taking bridal photos nearby XD

So we also took a couple photo... :P

We then went to Museu Maritimo which was only few steps away from the temple...

..and listen to the story of A-Ma. Listen through the phone lol. Really. And 'watched' a puppet show.

->

How can we not try Portuguese Egg Tart while we're in Macau?? We tried the one from 钜记饼家 Koi Kei Bakery. Koi Kei is famous for their Almond cookies by the way :) We bought a few boxes home hehhe.

My fingernails look very pinkish here hahaha!

HmmmMmm...layersss... It tasted good. Yet I still prefer the one from HK's Honolulu Coffee Shop (or something) XD

We then walk walk walk and walk....passing by all the places that I mentioned in the schedule above..

港務局大樓 Lilau Square

...

亞婆井前地 Moorish Barracks

Pets' toilet!!

聖老楞佐教堂 St. Lawrence’s Church

A school that links to 聖若瑟修院聖堂 (St. Joseph’s Seminary and Church)

聖若瑟修院聖堂 St. Joseph’s Seminary and Church

崗頂前地 St. Augustine’s Square

何東圖書館 Sir Robert Ho Tung Library

This should be the 崗頂劇院 Dom Pedro V Theatre. I'm not sure. haha!

Finally! The city!

This is where the shopping area starts :)

仁慈堂大樓 Holy House of Mercy

Some movie-shooting was going on there.

We later found out that SIMON YAM 任达华 was in that movie!! He walked past us later, after we had our dinner.

Another church....I'm guessing this is the 澳門主教座堂 Cathedral Square lol. I really can't remember!!

From Cafe E.S.Kimo : 盐酥鸡 (fried salted chicken???)

From Cafe E.S.Kimo : Macau's famous Pork Burger (猪扒包). It's actually quite nice. It's just that, the burger a tad too dry and hard.

The end of the streets

We've reached Ruins of St. Paul’s (大三巴牌坊) !

Must take photo lah this one XD

These 2 girls requested to take photo with me...NO JOKE! We were so confused.

难道她们以为我是什么大明星???? LOL

It's really beautiful..fascinating..

Below the Ruins of St. Paul. A memorial hall of those who had sacrificed for the religion..I think. There were quite a number of real human bones in there..I could see some are femur....lol

Also below the Ruins of St. Paul
(Kath, if you're reading this, this photo is for YOU xDD)

Back to the surface. It's too beautiful to not to take photos XD

We CLIMBED up to Mount Fortress (大炮台). So many staircase!! damn.

Everybody, meet Fifi XD

大炮...

小炮... xD

没有炮...

I like this little house/restaurant :)

and also the dog xD

Museu de Macau

How come my mouth so big?

Macau City. Tallest building is the Lisboa casino.

big tree (ran out of captions)

Him holding the Ruins of St. Paul....and a girl running down. I find her pose quite amusing lol

I had a really lousy drink after that. 芒果益力多绿茶 (Mango Yakult Green Tea). Do not try.

....

玫瑰堂 Casa Garden...I think xD

Dinner at 连胜风行咖啡美食... Estabelecimento de comidas cafe Quinell....(can't see). This is Portuguese Baked Spicy Lamb or something. When we were ordering, the waitress exclaimed "oh! you guys can take spicy food ehh???" But...it's not spicy at all..........I couldn't taste the chilli =.= The lamb was really good though!!

We heard a few gunshots while having dinner...movie-shooting outside mar... Quite interesting though XD They sounded so real!

It was almost 6pm after we had our dinner. Our flight was at 7.50pm, and we were still in Macau City! We tried to hail a cab but failed. They said it was because that was due to the change of shift among taxi drivers. We got a little panicked as clock was ticking. We finally gave up on getting a cab and decided to wait for a bus instead. Every single bus was packed to the brim! We even stood at the wrong side of the road. A really nice bus driver told us that we should wait across the road for the bus that goes back to Regency Hotel.

At about 6.30pm, we boarded the correct bus. *phew*. Journey back to Taipa was only about 10-15 minutes.

We reached the hotel at about 6.45pm. Went to the loo, grabbed our luggage, and got into the cab that our Portuguese door man called for us (aww, his service was too good~ ). He said that we still have a lot of time lol.

Journey to airport was about 10 minutes. We reached there at around 7.05-7.10pm. THANK GOD the counter was still open.

And so, we boarded the plane on time, and bade goodbye to Macau! and HK.

Sad larrr...Didn't want to come back to Malaysia..

But we HAD to, didn't have much money left... LOL

THE END!

hahahahaha...I'm ending this post too abruptly.

Too tired to think of a proper one. Just had a badminton game this evening.

Ok...The end of the series... *breath out*

Thanks for reading ... and Goodnight!
